Auction
Thank you for participating in our 3rd annual online fundraiser, April 15-May 13th, 2012! The Auction is over for this year, but watch this space for next year!
This is a great way to share the fun of our TLS fundraiser with the world.
Many thanks to those who have responded to the auction in past years, and please consider participating again. The web site is ready for your donation: www.biddingforgood.com/labyrinthsociety.
Any donated item or service, large or small, will be appreciated. The more items we have, the more money we can raise. Suggestions include products, services, expertise, anything labyrinth, gift cards, gourmet items, retreats, trips, art collectibles, books, home and garden, and things specific to your area of the country (for example: Minnesota Twins tickets, a sunset ride on your pontoon, tea-time for four with Grandma Sadie's tea cups, tee-time for four at you favorite golf course ). Be creative!
The Auction will open for bidding from April 15 through May 13, 2012, so spread the word to your family, friends, labyrinth events, churches, local businesses, and please feel free to forward this email to anyone who might be interested. For artists, musicians and vendors, this is a great way to market your product to hundreds of people worldwide!
Basic instructions for making a donation are found below. Please do not hesitate to email the Auction Coordinators, Sherry or Lilla, if you have comments or questions.
Another way to support TLS is to become a Sponsor for the auction. This is a one-time monetary donation that allows you to place your logo and website link on the TLS auction page. A limited number of sponsorships are available. Contact the Auction Coordinators for more information.

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING TLS WITH YOUR DONATIONS!
The Labyrinth Society partners with Bidding for Good for our auction fundraiser. Their website provides an avenue where donations, bids, and the excitement of the auction, can easily be accessed. Donation items may include unique products and experiences, entertainment tickets, gift cards, wine, gourmet products, trips, hotels, retreats, art, collectibles, home, garden, books, jewelry, and of course, labyrinth items. Another category will be the "gently used." Be creative! (We trust good judgment with these donations.) Donors will be responsible for shipping their items to the winning bidders.
Your participation and generous donations to this event are so valuable to The Labyrinth Society.
The success of our fundraisers depends on the energy of all, and the event is always open to both TLS members and non-members. Tell your family, friends, fellow labyrinth enthusiasts, your spiritual community, your book club, etc. Donate, bid often, and have fun!
Many thanks,
Lilla and Sherry

The Labyrinth Society is an international organization whose mission is to support all those who create, maintain and use labyrinths, and to serve the global community by providing education, networking and opportunities to experience transformation. The Labyrinth Society is a labor of love. The members of TLS are individuals who, because of their work with labyrinths worldwide, have formed a diverse and energetic community for the celebration and enjoyment of their common interest, the labyrinth. We endeavor to inspire and empower one another, both in the leadership of the organization and in the work we do with the labyrinths.
Labyrinths are emerging in our 21st century society to meet the needs of stress-relief, body-mind-spirit health and a sense of centered, connected balance in our lives. Modern medicine is discovering how labyrinths can help reduce anxiety, blood pressure, chronic pain and insomnia. Labyrinths can nourish creativity, support healing and provide respite from busy lives as well as being a fun and learning environment. Inner healing has many levels and aspects and differs from person to person. For this reason, labyrinths meet people wherever they are emotionally, spiritually, psychologically, leading them gently forward to the next step in their journey.
